I just need to share the level of customer service and care that Tom provided us in a pinch! We had our home listed for sale and needed to make sure it was maintained for showings and inspections. i called multiple pool companies who were not willing to take on the short term job. When i contacted Sunrise Pool service, i was met with care and a sense of urgency. Not only did Tom get the house ASAP, but he assessed everything, even let me know of a leak we had aside from his responsibilites that he didnt have to inform me of. Each week he sent an email with the results of the maintenance and was super responsive and communicative. It felt as if it was a family member caring for our property! I just want to thank Tom at Sunrise pool for be able to take care of my pool pump not working. Every one I called wanted a 100 250 dollar fee just to come look at it plus a fee to fix it. Tom was able to come over and fix it within 2 hours from when I first called him . Thanks Tom I wish more businesses were like you !
