Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler came out after our saltwater pool began displaying repeated low-salt warnings even though we had recently added salt. So we scheduled pool service because the water readings from our own testing did not match what the control panel was showing. The technician from Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler tested the water separately and discovered that the salt cell was covered with mineral buildup. During the pool service, he removed and cleaned the cell, inspected it for damage, and recalibrated the system. The guy from Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler explained that the cell was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. After the pool service was done, the warning disappeared and the chlorine system began operating normally again.
