Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler

Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler came out after our saltwater pool began displaying repeated low-salt warnings even though we had recently added salt. So we scheduled pool service because the water readings from our own testing did not match what the control panel was showing. The technician from Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler tested the water separately and discovered that the salt cell was covered with mineral buildup. During the pool service, he removed and cleaned the cell, inspected it for damage, and recalibrated the system. The guy from Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler explained that the cell was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. After the pool service was done, the warning disappeared and the chlorine system began operating normally again.

We called Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler when our spa began draining back into the pool every time the equipment turned off. The technician handling our pool repair in Chandler inspected the valves and identified a worn check valve that was no longer holding the water in place. Hen then showed us the damaged part and explained why the water level kept dropping overnight. During the pool repair, he replaced the valve and tested the system in both pool and spa modes. Prime Pool Service & Repair of Chandler also checked the remaining seals to make sure there were no additional leaks. The pool repair fixed the problem completely, and the spa has maintained the correct water level ever since.
