Kelley is always reliable, professional, and does an outstanding job keeping our pool clean and in excellent condition. It's clear they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. We had an excellent experience working with Aqua Blue start to finish. Britt did a fantastic job during the contracting phase through strong communication of ABPs offerings, ABPs construction process, and pricing model. She made the paper process enjoyable vs confusing. This is a big positive in my book.The delivery experience was no different than the sales experience. Leo the PM went out of his way to execute on our custom pool without breaking a sweat. As a homeowner, construction can feel stressful at times, especially when you are dialing in custom details and challenging site requirements. You don’t really know if you have a good pool builder and/or PM until you have a project challenge big or small. Its all about how the PM manages the process and how they problem solve along the way so you don’t have too. And of course, they do what they say they are going to do. Leo did all of the above. We are grateful for his partnership and the entire ABP team. They without a doubt made our project successful by delivering and amazing customer experience and final product.Don’t get me wrong, there’s lot of ok pool companies that can dig a hole and slap together a builder grade pool….and we’ve used them before. I’ve just learned the hard way enough times to know you get what pay for. The ABP team and customer experience is worth every dollar.

Aqua Blue is exactly that. They build exceptional pools and have the resources and staff to provide the ongoing support you need.Skilled, experienced personnel make all the difference. Our pool tech, Dwayne, spotted a problem with our pump during his routine weekly visit. He promptly notified the Service Department, and Sean from their service team came out the same day, diagnosed a seized pump, and clearly explained our repair options. We agreed the best course was a full replacement.Aqua Blue had the new pump in stock, and Sean returned the next day to install it. His expertise was immediately apparent. He removed the old equipment cleanly, installed the new pump with care, and walked us through each step of the process. When something goes wrong, it's reassuring to know you have the right person and the right company on your side. Sean and Aqua Blue were world-class in getting our pool back on track.We're fortunate to have them as our service providers.
