Preserve pools (Kristen specifically) has been a complete life saver for me. They came in and helped when my pool was being completely neglected by a well known pool company. They got everything in order and running properly again. The pool they manage for us is an AIRBNB and they are always so accommodating anytime we need extra cleanings/fast fixes. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pool company! They do our routine maintenance as well as any work we need done. Don't think there is a better pool company around in Charleston area!

Just had Preserve complete a major renovation for us - did a complete re-plaster and re-tile. Work was outstanding; all completed on time and price was what they said it would be. Very happy with Kristen (the "Pool Whisperer") and Michael. They are two of the hardest working folks you will meet and are serious about their business and its reputation.

Bought a home with a pool for the first time and I was completely ignorant on pool maintenance but I knew by looking at it I wasn't going to jump in it! Called Preserve and Kristen came out quickly and assessed the mess the previous owners left us with and Michael fixed the problems quickly and had us up in running in a few days. Sarah does a great job cleaning our pool and takes pride in her work.
