made the mistake of going somewhere else for hot tub chemicals one time when they were closed and it completely messed up my hot tub. I won’t go anywhere else again.Their probiotic system is simple to use and far easier than dealing with traditional chemicals. It keeps everything balanced without the hassle.They’ve also delivered two hot tubs to me over the past 7 years and the service has always been solid. When my hot tub had an issue, he showed up right away and fixed it.Reliable, easy, and consistent. Highly recommend.
Purchased a hot tub in 2024 best customer service and so knowledgeable in every aspect of the hot tub.We had an issue with programming the tub because we are terrible with following instructions and we messed it up. I called asking if they had anyone that they used to service the hot tub . They returned my call promptly even though they were on vacation and walked me through the over the phone and fixed the problem in less that 5 minutes.Cant say enough on how helpful and friendly aqua pro is and the hot tub that we purchased is the best quality and reliability of all the hot tubs that we have owned.
Michelle and DJ are super nice and helpful, they really love their business and customers.I hate that we have had such a bad product from a very bad customer service company like Jacuzzi. We have only had our hot tub for 4 years and my husband already had to work on it once, and we still have a hot tub that the frame is completely disintegrated.A call to Jacuzzi gets you only "warranty is up, call your dealer".On another note, of course Michelle and DJ offered to help rebuild the frame. So, if we could separate the stars, Michelle and DJ would get a 5, Jacuzzi a negative 5, so I settled on a 3.
I purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from DJ and Michelle in April 2021. The purchase process and the follow up customer service has been beyond impressive. The install process was exceptional. I've had to make a couple calls for questions, and they have taken plenty of time to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. They are the most pleasant to deal with and CONSISTANTLY go above and beyond to make sure all their customers needs are met. I will ALWAYS recommend them to someone! You wont be disappointed.
I would never buy a hot tub anywhere else and you shouldn't either!I had a bad experience with my first hot tub purchase. My neighbor recommended Aqua Pro Hot Tubs so I went there. DJ and Michelle are the nicest people you could ask to work with. They communicated with me thoroughly every step along the way. With my hot tub we also had to utilize a crane and Aqua Pro went above and beyond to coordinate that effort. You can call them anytime with any question and you feel like a priority. On top of that they ONLY do hot tubs so they're focused on those customers 100%.Every hot tub they carry is top of the line. I got the Bullfrog and absolutely love it. Anything tub purchase from Aqua Pro will be a great investment!!I actually feel offended they have 4.9 stars when they should absolutely have 5 stars!!!Do yourself a favor and buy your hot tub at Aqua Pro!!!
