John was hired to fix our pool and he was unreliable, unorganized, and hard to reach during the renovation. The work he did lasted less than 5 years and then he wouldn't return my calls. I would stay away from this business. Look for someone else.

Leisure Pools not to be confused with Leisure World!I was recommended by a previous customer and I would also recommend anyone to do business with Leisure Pools. John Saville and his team are very professional and followed through with everything on our contract. The work exceeded may expectations. We love our pool!
I just got off the phone with the So. Charleston location and spoke with Donna. I was requesting a quote or est. for weatherizing our in-ground pool. ( We just moved here ) Not only was she not professional she told me they do not give written quotes or est. At that point, I should have just told her to have a nice day and hung up. I instead asked why( big mistake ) it went along the lines that there is no way of knowing how much, or how many guys or how long it will be to give a quote. When I asked her name she said it really doesn't matter and hesitantly gave it to me along with saying she was the office manager. I told her that was very unprofessional and If one of my employees talk to a customer like that they would be fired. I can't tell them how to run their business but I can tell you I will not use them for any reason. I will pay 3 times more and go with some one out of town that can conduct themselves professionally. I see this doesn't have a lot of competition so maybe that why the don't value custom choosing to spend their money with them.
I have always had exceptional service. Judy is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will not shop anywhere else.
