The entire team was professional, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered a beautiful pool that exceeded our expectations. Diego, our project manager, was especially helpful and kept everything running smoothly. They kept us informed during each phase of construction and were always willing to answer any questions we had. The finished pool looks amazing, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. Blue Haven did a great job. I enjoyed working with the team Matt and David were great. That said - do your homework and inspect what you expect. Like any project - being hands off is not an option and you do have to drive expectations a little. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others. My completed product is beautiful and I’m very happy with it.

13 years ago we chose Blue Haven Pools to create our beautiful gunite inground pool a the new home we were building. There was backyard was an empty field of red clay. What Blue Haven created was magic and has been one of the best investments in terms of family, enjoyment, and outside recreation we’ve ever made. On top of that their Customer Service Is as good now as it was 13 years ago. They have helped guide us in our journey of Pool ownership, providing quality referrals for maintenance, and free advice if it’s something that we can do. Our ultimate choice to use Blue Haven was based on the company name behind the product and that has proved to be a winning decision.

This was our first pool so a little apprehensive about the build. But David Andrew our project manager was top notch. His communication was very good. If there was a delay he would communicate why and when the team would be onsite. The Blue Haven workers were hard working and very courteous, friendly. Our pool is complete and looks great. I had 4 pool companies bid on the project and Blue Haven beat everyone on price. If you are looking to build a pool in Charlotte area definitely give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.
