Very happy with the service and final outcome! John designed a great pool for us that fits the space and met our needs. Aric was great in managing the project afterwards. Always on top of everything and always had the project moving forward with subs scheduled. We're also very happy with the subs used on the pool. They did great, clean work and were very proficient.
This pool company is great. They have been very easy to communicate with and work with. Jon is the best sales person and helped us with our design as we were working with an awkward slanted yard. Aric always came to check in to make sure progress was happening. We were very impressed with how quickly this project got finished once they started. They are great at customer service and doing what’s right for the customer always. They take a lot of pride in their work and our family has been able to enjoy our pool each summer!
Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Premier and the final result of our pool project and would recommend working with them.Aric, our Project Manager, was excellent—responsive, professional, and great at keeping us updated on the subcontractor schedules. We also want to specifically commend Gilberto and his team on the outstanding tile and travertine work.While we are happy with the end result, in hindsight the sales and design process felt a bit rushed. We appreciated Mark’s design input, but we would have benefited from more seeing the detailed specs earlier in the process—ideally before excavation was scheduled. Clarifying technical details like pool depth profiles, step riser heights, sun shelf alignment, and equipment pad placement would have provided time for tweaks. Additionally, his responses during the design was sometimes incomplete, only answering a portion of the questions. We found it easier to finalize selections by visiting the NPT showroom directly rather than relying on the samples provided in the Premier showroom.-Dimensions: 16’ x 32’ pool (3.5’ to 6’ depth); 7’ x 7.5’ spa-Finishes: Blue Seas Teal tile; Pebble Sheen “Blue Surf” interior-Stone: River Silver Travertine (12”x24” coping; French pattern decking; 2”x4” split-face wall veneer)-Timeline: Excavation began in mid-January; the pool was filled by the end of March.
