Very happy with the service and final outcome! John designed a great pool for us that fits the space and met our needs. Aric was great in managing the project afterwards. Always on top of everything and always had the project moving forward with subs scheduled. We're also very happy with the subs used on the pool. They did great, clean work and were very proficient.

This pool company is great. They have been very easy to communicate with and work with. Jon is the best sales person and helped us with our design as we were working with an awkward slanted yard. Aric always came to check in to make sure progress was happening. We were very impressed with how quickly this project got finished once they started. They are great at customer service and doing what’s right for the customer always. They take a lot of pride in their work and our family has been able to enjoy our pool each summer!

Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Premier and the final result of our pool project and would recommend working with them. Aric, our Project Manager, was excellent—responsive, professional, and great at keeping us updated on the subcontractor schedules. We also want to specifically commend Gilberto and his team on the outstanding tile and travertine work. While we are happy with the end result, in hindsight the sales and design process felt a bit rushed. We appreciated Mark’s design input, but we would have benefited from more seeing the detailed specs earlier in the process—ideally before excavation was scheduled. Clarifying technical details like pool depth profiles, step riser heights, sun shelf alignment, and equipment pad placement would have provided time for tweaks. Additionally, his responses during the design was sometimes incomplete, only answering a portion of the questions. We found it easier to finalize selections by visiting the NPT showroom directly rather than relying on the samples provided in the Premier showroom. -Dimensions: 16’ x 32’ pool (3.5’ to 6’ depth); 7’ x 7.5’ spa -Finishes: Blue Seas Teal tile; Pebble Sheen “Blue Surf” interior -Stone: River Silver Travertine (12”x24” coping; French pattern decking; 2”x4” split-face wall veneer) -Timeline: Excavation began in mid-January; the pool was filled by the end of March.

We had an outstanding experience with Premier Pools & Spas from start to finish. Our freeform pool and hot tub turned out absolutely beautiful, and the travertine pool deck really completed the perfect backyard oasis we envisioned. Working with John during the design process was fantastic. He made everything incredibly easy, listened to exactly what we wanted, and helped bring our ideas to life while offering great recommendations along the way. The construction phase with Aric was just as impressive. Aric was wonderful to work with and made the entire building process smooth and stress-free. He stayed on top of every detail, made sure everything was done correctly, and kept the project moving in a timely manner. His communication and professionalism were excellent throughout the entire build. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas to anyone looking to build a high-quality pool with a team that truly cares about their customers and craftsmanship.

He made the whole planning process feel smooth and actually enjoyable, which we really appreciated. Our project manager, Aric, was absolutely incredible—so attentive, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the entire build. He really listened to what we wanted and made sure anything we weren’t 100% confident about was addressed and adjusted before it became permanent, which gave us so much peace of mind. The timeline was also impressively quick. Our pool was started in January and completed by the beginning of April, which exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering building a pool, I highly recommend Premier Pools—and definitely ask for John and Aric. You’ll be in great hands!
