This company is extremely difficult to communicate with and usually takes several days to respond to a voicemail or email. We had them come out to open a pool later in the season. They did come at the scheduled time but they left the pool still very dirty and charged us the full amount. They told us that the pool should be fine to swim in after about 10-14 days but the pool was still extremely dirty at that point. So, we had them come back out and they charged us another full service fee plus more chemicals to clean the pool again. Unless a credit is applied to our account for their poor service, we will be using a different pool service in the future.
Girls Weekend was saved by Aqua-Clean! The team at Aqua-Clean is always responsive to my requests but they went above and beyond when a few problem pool tiles fell off right before a visit from my sisters and friends. They not only cleaned the pool extra clean, but they temporarily repaired all of the tiles. Thanks Aqua-Clean team for helping to make our pool maintenance worry free and Elaine for always being so friendly and professional. Five Stars for Aqua-Clean!
We bought a house that has a pool and started using a pool company located near us last year. We came across Aqua-Clean a few months ago and could not be happier with them! They were able to repair a crack in the pool sidewall (after we spent months with the other pool service who was never able to locate the crack). Elaine and Pedro are super nice, professional and the type people you wan to do business with. We highly recommend them!
I have used Aqua-Clean Pool Services for numerous parts of my pool. They have helped me open, close, and most recently replace the aging liner. Pedro and his team have always done a fantastic job and answered any questions I had about the project they were doing at the time.It is also always a pleasure working with the General Manager, Elaine. She is extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions.I recommend Aqua-Clean for all your pool needs!
I’ve used Aqua clean for the last few years, and have had nothing but good things to say.Unfortunately, that has changed. They were supposed to open my pool 6 days ago. I called to confirm on that day and was told they would be there. They still have not arrived six days later, despite several calls from me. Each time I was put off, the office manager saying she could not get in touch with the owner. This company is in shambles. I would suggest using another company in the area.
