Been trying to get a quote for about six months because they did a good job in the past. They finally came out and took pictures a few weeks ago and promised a quick turnaround due to having fallen through the cracks. Called so many times. So many promises from office manager. I started calling every couple days and they were apologetic. Until today. I kept my cool, she got mad and hung up on me. Three times. I didn’t raise my voice but I asked firmly that she quit interrupting and let me speak. Tried to be understanding and asked to speak to someone that could provide my estimate. Literally begging them to take my money. Then she said find another company because they can not help me anymore, and hung up. ??
Finally! A Charlottesville company that knows how to diagnose and repair problems with our swimming pool. We were favorably impressed when Technician Tim checked out our pool problems, almost immediately knew the root causes, and told us what needed to be done. ASP ordered the replacement parts and Tim installed them while we were out of town. Our pool is working perfectly! Thanks ASP for a job well done.
Asp has serviced my pool in Keswick for 3 years. They installed a new pump last year and cut my electricity bill in half. Very dependable for season opening, closing and weekly service. All questions have been answered promptly and water stays blue.
Everyone at ASP has been very professional and timely. They quickly identified the problem with my pool and effectively made the repair. Definitely will call them again with any pool problems.
Very unreliable. Closed my pool last year and have issues with broken pipes. No return call after several attempts. Recommend that you stay away from this company. Matt (the owner) believes avoidance is a business practice. I haven given the company several opportunities to do the professional and right thing.
