I have been a customer for 8 years, purchased a hot tub with them, and they have been amazing with repairs and replacement of my hot tub cover when no other hot tub company would even try. Bobby is smart as a technician and quick to respond to repairs, and Ashley in sales is down to earth and always has answered my texts promptly, but most importantly, they both are someone you can TRUST! They don't BS you, and Richard the owner has been my advocate to keep my old spa running when others would have tried to sell me another one. I love my Bullfrog and working with you guys has been amazing. From installation to service--really easy and responsive. I wondered if i would use the tub before i bought it, that seems silly now. Use it all the time! Bravo Bullfrog and Envirosmarte Charlottesville.
I bought from this company three years ago. My hot tub has been great until recently. Last week there was a lot of snow and rain. My hot tub was having heating issues. I reached out and was told they would check their service schedule and get back to me. Then nothing and ghosted ! Heard from them again after two days and they would check their schedule and let me know. Then ghosted yet again! Bullfrog is a good hot tub so it’s not on this sales place. But I reached out to another company , that I didn’t buy from and they had someone out the next day. The heating element was bad as I suspected when I first reached out to them. I will never purchase or get service from this company again! I paid over 10k for my hot tub and to be treated like this it’s just sad! Warranty runs out after three years. Just sad the lack of customer service. I will never work this company again!!!
