After going to many hot tub dealers in Chattanooga, last fall we worked with Striker to choose a Michael Phelps 800 hot tub along with the Covana Oasis cover. The Covana makes it so easy to cover and uncover the spa, provides extra security, and protection from the sun. We had a great experience and use our Master Spa almost daily. Master Spa is pure luxury. Also, Tyler provided expert install and follow-up. We highly recommend this company!
John and Chad are amazing, They came in and installed our hot tub today and did a fantastic job. Literally had to take their crane and hoist the Jacuzzi above our very tall deck and did it Seamlessly.Highly recommend these guys, 10 out of 10 .
I recently had a spa/hot tub cover delivered to me. The delivery driver, Chad, was CONSCIENTIOUS enough to honor my request to call or text me ahead of delivery, as my schedule was crazy, and it helped me work it in between other activities that day. He did both.Upon arrival, he was very ACCOMMODATING, helping with disposal of my bulky, heavy old cover. Every request I made was met with a smile and “happy to do that” attitude.Chad volunteered to familiarize me with my new cover, and simply turned the entire process at a hectic time for me into a pleasant experience.Chad understands what good service is, and I appreciate it. We stopped in to look at hot tubs last weekend, thinking we would just leave with some information. However, Billy was so friendly, informative, and easy going that we ended up purchasing our first hot tub. We can’t wait to start spending time in it once the site is prepped. Great customer service. After visiting several hot tub stores and doing some research on brands (and reading these reviews) we came back to Chattanooga Hot Tubs to buy a Twilight series tub. Striker and Tyler answered all of our questions and then some to help us pick the one that was right for us. Delivery was quick and smooth, and we’re very happy with our purchase. They listened to our wants and needs, and there was no high pressure sales pitch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub!
