StoneWorx Pools & Outdoor Living

StoneWorx did a really great job replacing the old, degraded liner in our swimming pool. The shiny new liner made the pool look great again. It takes a lot of hard work to replace a pool liner, but it also requires more expertise than you might expect. One wrong measurement or one wrong cut and the new liner is ruined. Every StoneWorx crewmember was friendly, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. At the end of the job, the old liner was hauled off and the area was cleaned. Many thanks to all involved.

StoneWorx Pools & Outdoor Living transformed our backyard into a stunning outdoor living space. The pool, patio, and landscaping were completed with outstanding craftsmanship. Their team was professional, easy to work with, and committed to delivering quality from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I’ve upgraded my review from an 1 to a 3. Update coming soon! Edit: 1 year later: if you read my review previously, then you will notice a very large difference in the Star rating. It went from a 5 to a 1. Maybe a 1 1/2. I have called and emailed and called and emailed with no to little after installation support. The liner continually came loose. Their fix action was to install a 6” piece of bead lock of a totally different color than the liner bead with the promise they would get the correct size and color and do the pool. That was months ago. I have complained and threatened to sue over all the cracks in the concrete. All four corner and the handrail have cracked. Probably the worst concrete installation I have ever seen. They refuse to fix the problem. BEWARE!!! In summary, I would NOT select this business to install a bird house much less a multi- thousand dollar project. I hope someone there takes the time to read posted reviews and has the processional integrity to man up to their problems.

Guy that runs this place seems pretty knowledgeable and on point. They have plenty of product no doubt, you can tell that by the pictures following this review. The work I was shown they do also seems pretty awesome. I am supposed to be getting a quote from them soon for a driveway that requires a unique retaining wall to be installed as well so let’s see what happens.

Matt McNabb & his team installed the most fabulous pool for us. It was an unbelievably good experience & as a contractor, I can recommend him in the HIGHEST way! COMMUNICATION and INTEGRITY are the key words I’d use to describe this company’s overall goals. Since we had never owned a pool, we needed to trust Matt and his coordinator Sharon to guide us in the right direction on our materials and style decisions. They didn’t let us down! The site leader Wes, was so knowledgeable that we felt like we were always in good hands and could rely on his watchful eye to keep the details on track. The masonry and concrete people were TOTAL professionals and true artists. We will enjoy this home feature for MANY years to come and won’t hesitate to call on this company again for building projects in the future.
