Always excellent service. Michael and Ken were thorough , courteous and did the little extra things, like rinsing the pavement area and ladder, that means alot. I usually open the pool myself each year but they saved me alot of time in cleaning (I bought i new solid cover last year) and getting the filter started, and that's valuable to me. Highly recommend the team and Aloha over the other chain places in Medford.

New customer and very impressed ! Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! Ken was a perfect worker as well very pleasant on the high temperature day. Since my first contact with the company, Terri and Nick made everything go smoothly. Appointment time, misc items i needed were sent along with the technicians. Highly recommend them and look forward to a long term relationship!

He and his team handled our pool opening from start to finish, including removing the cover, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team was professional, on time and well versed in the process. What really stood out was how clean the pool looked when they took the cover off. Aloha made excellent recommendations on how to prepare the pool for winter. The whole process feel easy and stress-free. They took the time to make sure everything was in great shape and ready for the season. Highly recommend Aloha if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality pool service.
