Always excellent service. Michael and Ken were thorough , courteous and did the little extra things, like rinsing the pavement area and ladder, that means alot. I usually open the pool myself each year but they saved me alot of time in cleaning (I bought i new solid cover last year) and getting the filter started, and that's valuable to me.Highly recommend the team and Aloha over the other chain places in Medford.

Since my first contact with the company, Terri and Nick made everything go smoothly. Appointment time, misc items i needed were sent along with the technicians. Highly recommend them and look forward to a long term relationship!
