As a first-time pool owner, choosing Artistic Pools was absolutely the right decision. The online quote process made getting started simple and much less intimidating. Sharene was incredibly helpful throughout the permitting process, and Mark was always responsive and answered any questions I had. The installation crew was outstanding—they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Pool School with August was also excellent; he was patient, informative, and made sure we felt confident about maintaining the new pool. I highly recommend Artistic Pools—10/10!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Artistic Pools! One of the biggest reasons we chose them was the wide variety of fiberglass pool models they offer. With so many options, we were able to find the perfect pool to fit both our space and our family’s needs, especially with two young children.Another huge advantage is that they truly handle everything in-house. From the excavation and installation to the electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and even the pool orientation class, every step of the process was coordinated by Artistic Pools. It made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.Every crew that came to our home was spectacular—professional, personable, and clearly took pride in their work. We were amazed by how quickly everything came together. From the day they started digging, our pool was installed, and within just three weeks we had our final inspections completed and were already enjoying our new pool.Mike, one of the owners, was fantastic throughout the entire process, and was on-site during installation. Whether it was permits, installation updates, or answering general questions, someone was always available and willing to help.We are beyond pleased with our decision to use Artistic Pools and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a fiberglass pool. We’ll be posting pictures once we get everything settled, but we couldn’t wait to share how happy we are with the entire experience!
Great experience with Artistic Pools. We had a pool installed on May 20 and were swimming less than 3 weeks later. Permit process was a little stressful, but everything was completed on time and at the end of it, that’s all that matters. Mike and his crew were great with the install. August was awesome with pool school and helping us learn how to care for the pool. We are so happy with our beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend them!
This review was a long time coming. I wanted to make sure that we were still satisfied after two years of use.We installed it in the summer of 2022 and had a chance to use it that year. This is my second year opening, and we are very happy.The whole process was long, from the township permits to surveys. Artistic does do a great job breaking the process down as best they can, but much is out of their hands.The company's owners are very easy to get a hold of with questions. There are no horror stories here. Sharene did an excellent job assisting us with the permit process.Everything went smoothly on install day and follow-up. A mild repair needed to be addressed the following season, and it was.Long story short, pools are expensive. Do your research and definitely give these guys a shot for your business I had a very solid experience. My kids are in the pool everyday.
