I started service with Ahoy Pools early last year for the replacement of DE filter grids. Their service was outstanding, fast, and the pricing very reasonable! I was so impressed with their quality and professionalism that I hired them to perform my bi-weekly maintenance service year round.Chris performs most of the service and his performance and knowledge is spot on!! Ahoy Pools Services are EXCELLENT!Let me start stating that my wife and I are new to being POOL PEOPLE. This is our first time owning an inground pool. We didn't know what it takes to maintain, cleaning, closing, opening, salting, Ph stuff, etc...you get it. Our first year was challenging. Youtube was our instructor but I still didn't know and my wife was doing her best yet we didn't know what to do PROPERLY. When we covered our pool we thought it would be fine when we opened it up but we were wrong. She franticly called Ahoy Pools and Matt walked her through what to do OVER THE PHONE! We were not even their customer. After that we only use AHOY POOL service for everything pool.We are now in our third year and very happy with them. Other pool services have reached out to us but we say "NO...we already have the BEST!"
