I could not be happier with my entire experience with East Coast Leisure Pools. It started with Todd Wright. He is the epitome of a professional salesman and gentleman. He is extremely knowledgeable of their products, and he is not pushy at all and listens to what you want and steers you to the exact right products to make you happy. He follows through on every call and text extremely fast and gets it all done with a smile. Then Ross and Nathan show up to put the pool in and they are awesome. They started on a Monday and by that Friday my 14x30 inground pool was in the gound, full of water, and the pump and heater was up and running. Watching Ross measure everything 5 times to make sure it was all exactly right to flow correctly and not flood around the pool was amazing. Then Cindy with AGC Hardscapes sends her crew to install the pavers and they were great and fast and helped my wife get the look she wanted. Then Chase shows up to clean it and he comes many times till it's right. And the owner Derek Glaser is a hands on, involved owner who came by my house at least 8 times including dropping the pool in the hole himself, making great suggestions to make it better, and just staying on top of the whole build to make it right. How many owners do you know who does that! And keeping everything scheduled, on time, and fast is Ross's wife Ashley who is a pleasure to deal with and she stays on top of it all from beginning to end. And last but not least is Christian Mateer. He is the guy to be there when it's done to educate you on how to take care of it all, making sure you are happy and even delivering some furniture I got himself. He has been to my house about 10 times and he won't stop till you're happy and it's right! What I'm saying is East Coast is a total team effort that works like a smooth machine and every part is an A-Team member and you are in great hands with them. I'm not smart enough to have known this before and I thank God He led me to them. When you do a project this big, there is trepidation you don't want to hire the wrong company, and I am blessed I was led to the BEST and it all started with Todd Wright! Thanks East Coast Leisure for an outstanding experience and I highly recommend them without reservation!
We bought outdoor furniture here and it was the best experience. I don’t frequently leave reviews but it was such a positive experience despite reading less than positive reviews. Everyone was so kind and patient with our circumstances and bent over backwards to help, including staying late, to make sure we could get the furniture before our move. They had a great stock and we got just what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
Everything went perfect. First, the guys showed up on time. The guys were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the installation process. At the end of the installation, they gave me a quick instruction on how to take care of the tub. Excellent experience.
I bought my pool from here three years ago. Everyone who works in this building has become a friend. They are always willing to help and go beyond. I walk in the door and I am always greeted with a smile. The knowledge that they have on any topic is impeccable.
