Wow!!! Absolutely above and beyond customer service from the Signature Pools team. Jessica explained all of my options in such a clear and kind manner and then worked quickly to order the necessary part and the team was here to install the new motor the next morning. Amazing! Saved my pool water from turning green! Very reasonable labor fees as well. Signature Pools is the very best! Super honest and hard working!!!
I called Signature pools to come and open my pool for the season (end of April), as new pool owners we have no idea what we're doing. They came promptly to open the pool and we quickly realized we had a very fast leak in our pool and the salt water system wasn't working. After waiting to find the leak, we discovered 2 very large holes in our liner. We decided to replace the liner. They installed the liner, installed the salt cell, and came back to open the pool and we are FINALLY up and running.From the beginning, Jessica remained in contact with me (gave me her cell# and we text!) She explained in detail everything that was going on. She gave us so much information and confidence, I cannot believe the level of customer service! The whole process took about 7 weeks, but throughout we were guided and informed. I would recommend, hands down, 10/10!!! Jessica and her staff are AMAZING!We are continuing to stay with them to maintain our pool as they have been nothing but great!Thank you all so much for your time (countless days at my house lol)!
