I recently hired this company to drain, clean, and refill my spa. Customer service was friendly, but the actual cleaning work was very disappointing. It honestly felt like the bare minimum was done. The inside of the spa was not properly cleaned, and you could still visibly see buildup and dirt in several areas once the job was finished.To confirm my concerns, I even wiped down parts of the inside myself and the cloth came up dirty, which shows it was not thoroughly cleaned. For a paid professional service, I expected a much deeper and more careful cleaning, especially in areas that are clearly visible and used.Overall, the communication and customer service were fine, but the quality of the cleaning service was poor. I would not recommend them for spa cleaning unless they improve their attention to detail. I give the cleaning service 1 star.
I was a loyal customer for two years who paid promptly and used them to upgrade expensive equipment. They abruptly dropped me as a client because my gate was locked accidentally on two of their visits, even though I offered to pay for the trips anyway
They called to remind about scheduled appointment. They arrived on time and were able to open my pool within 1 hour! They were very knowledgeable about the workings of my filter system and made recommendations as to keeping my pool clean all summer. They were very friendly and i would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
I found Florida Pool and Spa through my Jacuzzi repair man. He only services warranty hot tubs now and referred me to Florida Pool and Spas. I'm so glad he did. They replaced a temp sensor on my hottub in short order. I asked about pool services, specifically removing, cleaning, and storing my pool cover and annual closing of pool. Everyone I have dealt with over the past 3-4 years have been professional, knowledgeable and, a pleasure to do business with, which is rare these days. I highly recommend giving them a call for your pool and or hottub needs.
Did great work when we had a hot tub heater break and a pipe burst. Came out quick and worked with us financially as to not ruin our bank account. I’d love to use them for as long as we own a pool and hot tub.
