This was my first year with a pool so I originally had my dad help me close it last season and open it earlier this year. He’s had a pool for as long as I can remember but his is a saltwater pool. We were able to close and open my chlorine pool with mild success over the last year. My dad recommended I have a technician from R&S come out to double check everything and to explain to me how I could best maintain it. Brandon and Connor came out today and were the most knowledgeable, helpful and nicest people we could have asked for. I would absolutely recommend R&S to anyone looking for a local, small business that will go the extra mile to help you out. I will be going to R&S from now on and seriously cannot commend Brandon enough on how intelligent he is around a pool. He went the full extra mile with me to teach me how to properly maintain my pool so I can enjoy it stress-free for many years to come!
Our pool had 5 year old equipment that failed to work well starting early summer. I’ve always been able clear issues myself. An electrician assured me that the issue was the equipment. Finally 3 weeks ago the system ( pump and chlorine generator) totally quit.It took me a 10 days to finally call R&S pool company to PLEASE help me. They squeezed me in 5 days later. I had given them inaccurate information do to my lack of understanding our system.A serviceman. Maverick, quickly pointed out the problem with pump and chlorine generator in one visit. They needed a day to gather materials to do the repairs.Next Kyle came out and installed all the correct materials in half a day. From the first call to final payment I have been dealing with Lindsey.Everyone from R&S have been friendly, prompt and efficient in each area needed from scheduling, diagnosis and installation.My friends have used R&S for years. Today was my first time coming here. I was wowed by the size of the store and showroom area. I was looking all around as I walked in taking in all the sights, when a sales person walked up to assist me. I gave him the spill of what I had going on. He answered all my questions and showed me what could possibly meet our needs. Told me what chemicals to use and how much. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
