Great experience from the start! We got to test out the product before we bought a hot tub. Prices were very competitive, the hot tub showed up the within 7 days, the delivery was on time with 3 knowledgeable, professional, motivated individuals.
Great service provided by our technician. Showed us things that we had already suspected from our previous provider as not being quite right. He did a great thorough assessment of the repairs needed on our hot tub and then showed us everything he found. Best decision we have made in engaging this company to provide service and maintenance going forward.
St. Louis Hottub was recommended to me and I'm so glad I called. Originally I just called to see if they would get rid of my old tub because someone was giving me theirs. In talking to Andrew, I learned they would not only pick up & dispose of my old one, they could also pick up the replacement, disconnect it, bring it to my house, & connect it...all for the same price others were going to charge just to dispose of mine.They first picked up the hottub/spa someone was giving me, but after disconnecting it & removing a side panel, we learned the bottom had rotted out and it would need to be rebuilt. Was going to pay to do that since the tub was free to me anyway. But when they brought it back to their store, they learned it was going to take a lot of work to refurbish it. Instead, he offered a used hottub they had for sale. I agreed to purchase the used St.Louis hottub because they had been so helpful already, it was priced well, & it included taking my old one & hooking up the new one. Everything worked out well & I'm glad I called them. I 100% recommended working with St.Louis Hottub, they were honest, very helpful, and easy to work with.ps..when I gave them my address to pick up my old hottub, the one I bought used 20 years ago, they already had my information. Turns out I bought my previous hottub from them too. If in another 20 years they are still around, I will buy my 3rd hottub from them too!
We love our new hot-tub!! They had a great selection and pricing. The team was great with delivery and walking us through set-up. After set-up they were quick to return and fix a manufacturer related issue. This was a great experience.
Great crew but the tub came with a gray top and the tub is brown. Doesent look good. After talking with Andrew he got me a cover that I liked! Therefore I highly recomend this company if you're looking for an awesome hot tub. I couldn't be happier. Plus the one year warrenty is in herd of.Sending people to this place who's wanting a quality tub and a great staff.
