Recent reviews show a mix of experiences. Positive comments often mention professional delivery crews who handle challenging placements and provide helpful orientation. Critical feedback cites concerns about service costs, follow-up, and product issues on certain models. Shoppers may want to confirm pricing details, timelines, and service terms in advance.

So i wrote a review for the fort collins store a few days ago. Then 2 days go by and i get a phone call from patio splash which i didn't answer. I texted back asking if they needed something.

Turns out the owner asked them to call me to determine if they gave me a credit for half of my bill would i take down the 1 star review i gave them. Also wanted me to sign something saying that i wouldn't post anymore negative reviews. Literally charging that much then trying to buy back negative reviews no wonder they aren't registered with the BBB

I told them i would give zero stars if that was an option. I Will also be going into the fb community page of each city where they have their establishment and posting screen shots of the text exchange and call log. See original review below

Made a huge mistake asking patio splash to fix my hot tub.... a part that costs 47 dollars turned into a 648.00 bill.

They told me they charge 199.00 because it's specialized labor. You can hire a master plumber who's licensed in this state for less money. I asked if their technicians are licensed for that price. They told me that was the going rate so i called global spa and of course they don't charge that. I called spa duck they charge less than half of that

Also they aren't accredited with the better business bureau. What kind of reputable company isn't registered with the BBBWhat used to be a great place has turned into charging their customers to the extreme.

Glad i didn't buy another hot tub from them

Service is a scam. We were charged $600 for the repair of a $45 part. They charge $199 per hour for labor in Cheyenne, Wyoming. And they charged us a service call of $199. Tech didn't bring the parts on the day of the service call and had to come back. Typically the service call is deducted from the total cost, that's how other company's we worked with operate. Patio Splash is ripping people off!

After having our first tub replaced after less than two months of using it, the second one has had no end of issues either, in two months time as well. The store has tried its best, we think, but every issue has seemed to be a manufacturing defect. We’re done. I’d suggest that the business stop selling Bullfrog spas if this is the “quality” that Bullfrog is offering.

We just purchased a bullfrog A5 L from the Cheyenne Wyoming patio splash store. It was delivered on Friday and the crew that delivered it were great! DJ and Ernest did a fabulous job. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, explained everything to us, friendly and personable. They removed our old hot tub and put the new one in place without any issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend patio splash to anybody looking for a hot tub!

Our Splash delivery team went above and beyond. We live in the Estes Park mountains and our house is built on a big slope. First they (somehow) were able to pull our old hot tub up the hill which was a huge effort! But they got it done. Good news was our new Bullfrog was going down the hill and they got it on our new deck expertly and in the assigned spot. We would like to thank Ernest, Nate and DJ very much for being so professional and respectful of our property. Great guys!
