We got our liner replaced and they took excellent care of us. So happy I went with all seasons. Our pool looks beautiful! Alyn and Martin were outstanding!! So kind, hardworking, and easy to talk to. Thank you, Alyn and Martin! Also, shoutout to the office staff member, Amanda! She was very communicative and responded quickly to my 10000 questions.
Unfortunately we have had another issue with All Seasons Pool & Spa. This time, they came out to replace the filters in our pool. I received a text message from the technician with pictures of him pointing to our filter and then another picture of a big red tag. I had to ask what the issue was. I was told I had to call and get a new part. Again, no context. I asked again and was told we had a worn part fail during assembly.No offer to fix it, or explain they didn’t have the part with them. They didn’t even tell me what the part was. I was confused, especially considering we opened our pool last month and was told everything was in good shape.When we got home, we realized they had left the pool completely inoperable. We couldn’t even turn the pump on. We are about to come up on the hottest days of the summer so far, and have no pump.I called today to try and find out what the situation was and after several hours received a call back letting me know they had found the part, but it wouldn’t be in until Friday so they could come out on Saturday. And by the way, we can install that part for only $400!! Ok, so I am going to be charged again for a job that wasn’t complete?The icing on the cake was when I received my invoice today, and saw that I had already been charged $200, even though the job wasn’t done. I was told it was $100/hr. Oh but I guess they sent out two people, so I was charged per person, which I was NEVER told.So disappointing overall, as the last few times we have had service with All Seasons, another “issue” always comes up. We have used them pretty consistently since 2018, but we will be using someone different as a go forward.
All Seasons Pool and Spa of Orland Park installed an inground pool with a diving board and slide for us in winter/early spring 2026, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. They provided tremendous support throughout what can be a complicated process, including permitting, pool design, equipment selection, and overall project coordination.The build itself went very smoothly, and their foremen were truly phenomenal — knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to work with. The team also helped coordinate the related concrete work, landscaping, sprinkler adjustments, and fence installation after construction, which made the entire process much easier for us.Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, conscientious, responsive, and committed to doing high-quality work. We really appreciated their guidance and professionalism throughout the project and would highly recommend All Seasons Pool and Spa to anyone considering a pool installation.
Alyn, Brandon, and team did a great job installing liner and repairing return lines. Got a great tip on painting the pool coping on my own and it looks like a brand new pool!
Outstanding experience from our first interaction; initial phone call through sale, design, construction and follow-up question phone calls. Team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, willing to make suggestions and talk through options.We’re very happy with our new spa and would highly recommend All Seasons for anyone’s pool or spa needs. While every one of our interactions with the All Seasons team was positive, special shout out to Tom Sekulski. He has been an exceptional primary contact to work with and helped us work through the entire project, including a mid-project design change. The construction crew was also very easy to work with and with any project, there are always surprises. The crew was communicative and made a great suggestion for lighting to enhance the hardscape that really looks amazing.Truly exceptional experience and we highly recommend this business!
