I can't recommend Move My Hot Tub highly enough. I'd originally thought about rounding up a few buddies to move the tub myself, but since this was my first hot tub I decided to hire professionals instead, and I'm so glad I did. AJ and his partner were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way. It made me realize how much could have gone wrong trying to wrangle it on my own. The whole move went smoothly with zero stress on my end. If I ever need a hot tub moved again, they'll be the first call I make. Highly recommend to anyone in the Chicago area (or beyond, they recounted it to me that they transported one hot tub from the northwest suburbs to Arizona!). AJ and Janette were awesome today- such a fun team to work with. Their setup was awesome and it was very cool to witness them in action moving my heavy hot tub today. I am very thankful that I didn’t try to tackle moving this thing on my own or with friends, because there would have been many things that I would have overlooked about the whole process. We recently had this company come out and remove our hot tub. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable! They handled everything and I was very pleased with the service. They also were very nice and easy to work compared to other junk companies. Good price highly recommended.
From the very start, Janette and everyone at Move my Hot Tub went so far above and beyond for our Bullfrog Spa delivery. Everything from helping us line out a crane, even calling around our local places for quotes, to lining out our old hot tub pickup, day of delivery & setup and everything in between. We ended up going with Whitey’s Crane for our crane delivery and they were spectacular! The whole crane process was fascinating to watch but incredibly difficult to try to schedule on my own since we are about 2 hours from Chicago. I am forever grateful to Janette for handling all of the stress and making my Cancerversary present so much more special. She is the absolute BEST! All communication was super speedy and incredibly kind. She answered all my questions, worked around my schedule for everything, and shows a level of enterprise and professionalism that is really great to have in a stressful situation. This is a family run business and it is lovely to see how well everyone works together. When the spa warehouse sent the wrong cover, they even drove after hours to get the correct one to us. I wish I could get another hot tub just to hire everyone again!
