Platinum Pools is exceptional. We were lucky enough to have been referred to them by a friend of ours, after we had a bad experience with another company that had claimed to be able to fix our tile and plaster problems, but only supplied us with shoddy work. We eventually gave up—thankfully. Our interactions with Platinum were outstanding. This company is rare in today’s landscape of trades. It was an absolute pleasure to work with everyone, from their General Manager, Tony, to one of their highly skilled (and very kind) craftsmen, Sal, to the rest of Platinum’s crew. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were extraordinary. They ended up fixing our problems, and the result is impeccable. Beautiful on every level.
