I booked a pool opening from this company for a large party that I had booked. They only had openings close to the party date, which left me trusting that they would show up and get the job done. They no-showed for the first appointment. The second appointment was re-booked and the days were booked back to back to back for the opening of it. They just sent me the invoice in which the work order notes say "I unfortunately ended up servicing the pool at Unit 12 by mistake." This is not my house, they acknowledged it & still sent me photos & details of me paying for my neighbour's pool opening. While I can handle honest mistakes once, this incompetence cost me money, having paid for caterers for my event. Now I am stuck with a slimy green pool with zero chance of opening it. Thank you for the unprofessionalism.

What a great experience with RAV! He was able to stabilize the chemistry of our pool and got our sand filter working perfectly again by replacing the sand. He also fixed our heater, and everything is running smoothly now. Highly recommend his professional and friendly service!
