I would like to start by saying that Flores Pools is a family-owned company that illustrates a very friendly and low pressure environment. The owner, Martin Flores, gave me a very reasonable bid with important and valuable suggestions to correct and improve the appearence and functions of my pool. His son, Erick, actually worked on the job site which assured that every procedure was properly completed in a timely manner. It was comforting to have their entire family take an interest in our project. There were no hidden costs that popped up after the final bid and contact. The "Start-Up" of the finished pool was handled in a very complete and professonal manner. The pool with jacuzzi is absolutely beautiful. Many thanks!
Martin and his team built an amazing new pool and spa for us in Point Loma! The design and building process was easy and way more affordable than other contractors. Martin and his team did a great job constructing our entire landscape with a dipping pool/fountain. Our backyard slopes up and was a bit of a challenge to design but it was executed very well. Some of our neighbors saw our yard soon after and even came over to take pictures!Martin provided us with a quote earlier this year. He was very professional and honored it even after inflation hit. I paid him in full beforehand to help with his costs. He never ran away, always answered my calls, and made sure our yard is complete as planned.He is an honest man who keeps his commitments. We ran into a few issues here and there which is typical in construction (I work in the construction industry so I know problems always happen!). But I trusted in his experience and now we enjoy our beautiful backyard!It was a pleasure to work with Martin and his team! The job is done but he still calls regularly to make sure everything is working well. And I'm glad to see him or his son Eric when they visit to check on the pool system and irrigation!
