Andrew was wonderful. He came out to install a new hot tub cover. While speaking to him on the phone, I mentioned that my pump was making noises. He was able to quickly determine the problem (leaking) and explained my options for fixing (I decided on replacing the pump). He had the foresight to look up the replacement pump and bring a new one with him even though he wasn't sure what the problem would be and he was only there to replace the cover. His foresight saved me the hassle of scheduling another service call. He will be my "go to guy" in the future.
My fiancée and I stopped in this afternoon to inquire about a new spa and Alex F. was so helpful! He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough when answering our questions. Highly recommend this gentleman for all of your spa needs!
Andrew is AMAZING ! He is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. He got the job done as soon as he could, once the equipment arrived. He is the best ! I hope to never see him again; UNLESS we have a problem.
