We got the fiberglass Aspen 12x25 with Cincinnati Pool Professionals and it has turned out very well. Like all projects, there were a few bumps in the road, but Bill and his crew did an incredible job navigating the project to make Adam’s great design idea come to life. We had some soil issues with live springs underground and the team was able to build a trench for irrigation thanks to Bill’s professional experience. We really can’t say enough good things about Bill and the way he runs his crew - he really cares about the quality of work even if it means putting in the extra hours and it translate to how hard working the rest of the crew is. He has stayed on top of making sure the rest of the project is handled properly when it comes to 3rd party additions - electric, concrete, waterfall, clean-up, etc. It’s refreshing to see an old school style guy running a team to be proud of their work and not just get their money and get out. One of our suggestions would be to make sure you talk to a few concrete companies for your project to try to find one who really cares about their work and has good workmanship. We have had some real issues with the way the concrete has been handled (this isn’t”t part of the Cincinnati pool professional’s responsibilities). Overall, we are very pleased with how it has turned out with just a few last steps before it’s complete - waterfall and auto cover. Thanks again to Bill and his entire crew for all the hard work and dedication to their craft.
We are Very pleased with our in-ground pool installation!!!! The team of guys worked so hard non stop!!! We are so impressed with how hard they worked to get the job done! They’re very nice and respectful! We would definitely recommend this company! Very professional team! Husband said if we could give 7 stars we would!!!
Cincinnati Pool Professionals is a conscientious company with a very responsive team! Bill was always on top of any questions we had and was certain to get back to us quickly. All employees are courteous. The pool went in last October and the installation team was meticulous in making sure it was installed precisely. It's up and running now and we are delighted with the outcome! A loooong wait to get to enjoy it, but worth it!
Shaun, Renton, and Ryan from Cincinnati Pool Professionals cleaned and opened our new pool which we purchased and had installed from this Company. This included conducting “pool school”, showing us how to work all the new pool equipment.They were courteous, friendly, and professional!They answered all of our questions in a clear and understandable way, and insured that we were ready to operate everything on our own before they left.My experience has been true of the other Cincinnati Pool Professionals staff that I have dealt with. They are definitely professionals!I’m not at all surprised, it’s in the Company culture from the leadership on down. Overall, a well run and professional organization, I recommend them highly!
Cincinnati Pool Professionals were great to work with on our Thursday Aspen pool! From my early project pricing work with Andy, to the preparation and install from Joe and his crew, I always felt like our satisfaction was the main priority. Even after having a minor issue arise post-install, Joe stood by the work and made sure my family and I were taken care of and happy with the finished product. Truly grateful for the support and communication which can be hard to find these days. Shaun, Jake and the crew were kind and thoughtful every time they were out and they are great down to earth guys who make sure to take care of their customers. Highly recommend for your pool project!
