Affordable Pools and Spas LLC

Highly recommend Wiley with Affordable Pool And Spa Llc. Our pool looks fantastic, we did Pebble tech with glass tile all around the waterline And changed out the skimmer.. His team really knows what they’re doing and very considerate Of your property.

We used Affordable Pools & Spas to replace & repair some leaky pipes and portions of our pool drain, as well as resurface our 44 year old pool & replace our pool pump. Wiley & his team did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with how the pool turned out. Attached are some before, during & after photos (the pool turned out much better than I’m able to capture in the pictures). My hubby & I smile every time we see our pool now! For color reference I also attached a picture of the samples we chose. Surface was Wet Edge Caribbean & Pool Tile was: Aquabella Kona Aloha (glass tile with gray’s & iridescent blues that change depending on how light hits it). Wiley carries samples with him so we were able to look at them next to our existing pool deck pavers before making a decision. Thank you Wiley & team for our beautiful pool!

Words can’t describe how pleased we are with our new pool! Wiley and Mike were great throughout the entire process. Responsive and professional. To say we were apprehensive about putting a pool in at our new home is an understatement. We were burned badly at our last house by another local, no defunct builder. We told Wiley our concerns and instantly there was a mutual trust and respect. He kept us informed as process progressed and when issues came up he immediately addressed them. Right from the start we felt we made the right choice. They took our vision from the CAD drawing into a masterpiece that is better than we could imagine! We got such a great feeling we even named our puppy Wiley. He’s the cute fur ball in the pic. But seriously, look at these pics. Wow ! Thx Guys!!

We just had a pool installed in our backyard by Wiley Fanning of Affordable Pools & Spas, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. Wiley really listened to what we wanted, gave great advice when needed, and helped us choose the right materials. He worked closely with us to refine the design, balancing our ideas with his expertise. Throughout the process, Wiley kept in regular contact, answered all of our questions, and provided timely updates. Each of his crews was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. The project stayed on schedule and was completed on time, something rare in construction projects! The finished pool is absolutely beautiful, and we love the result. Wiley also built our neighbor’s pool, which is equally stunning, so we’ve seen firsthand the consistency of his work. We highly recommend Affordable Pools & Spas if you are considering a pool or spa project. Professional, reliable, and high-quality from start to finish.

Affordable Pools & Spas LLC did a gorgeous job on our pool renovation! The owner, Wiley, and the incredible project manager, Juan, listened carefully to all of our meticulous and very specific requests and customizations, answering all questions and working hard to overcome unforeseen challenges and delays. Juan made the big difference, going above and beyond his responsibilities to personally resolve issues and ensure the utmost quality in materials, workmanship in all stages & final project presentation/delivery. Our project wouldn’t have been a success without Juan Rivera!!!! Pricing fair & crew for coping new tile in pool were true artisans.
