Theodore is truly fantastic for weekly pool cleaning in Clearwater. He always arrives on time and keeps the pool in great shape with reliable maintenance, skimming, brushing, and water care. His attitude is friendly and welcoming, and he always makes each visit easy and pleasant. He even brings treats for my boxer dog, which is such a thoughtful touch. My dog is usually cautious around new people, but now gets excited as soon as Theodore walks into the backyard. I’m very satisfied with the pool cleaning service and couldn’t ask for a better team to handle the job so well. After buying the house, I first used the previous provider, but the weekly pool service was very basic, just a quick skim for debris with very little brushing, and the pool and spa slowly started to look cloudy with green buildup along the walls. I then tried another pool company, but the early visits were still not giving the pool the deep care it needed. They removed surface debris, but the brushing, filter attention, and overall water care were not enough to keep the pool clear and healthy. Thankfully, I found a much better pool service. Dale and his wife came out, gave the pool and spa the attention they needed, and made a huge difference right away. The water looks clear again, the pool feels healthy, and the whole system is being properly maintained. They do more than just scoop leaves—they focus on brushing, cleaning, and keeping the pool equipment and filters in much better shape. He is still doing an excellent job, and the improvement has been amazing. Very highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable pool cleaning and truly professional pool care. I only wish I could share pictures of the filter condition before and after, because the results were incredible.

I’m exceptionally pleased with Clearwater Neighborhood Pool Services and the full range of pool care they provide. Our pool had not been getting the proper service before, and the equipment setup needed much better attention. A previous pool company said a heater could not be installed, but when Theodore took over, he brought in Angel and together they created a smart plan that made the heater installation possible. They also recommended updating the pump and filter, which were both wearing out and affecting the pool system. Since then, the weekly pool service visits have kept the water clean, balanced, and looking perfect. The equipment is running much better, and the whole pool system feels more reliable and efficient. Any time we have a question about the heater, filtration, or regular maintenance, they respond quickly, come by to inspect everything, and explain things in a clear and helpful way. It has been a great experience from start to finish, and the pool has never looked better.
