Ron's Spa Repair was fantastic. After Hurricane Helene left our Caldera Spa full of water and sand, Ron got it back up and running like new. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was incredibly easy to communicate with, and responded quickly every time I reached out.What really stood out was the value. His price was about a third of what others were quoting. On top of that, he went above and beyond by walking us through how to properly use and maintain the spa moving forward.We’re extremely happy with his work and can’t wait to finally enjoy the spa this weekend. We had an issue with our hot tub not holding water, and Ron came out promptly to fix it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it taken care of. We also needed a new hot tub cover—he took measurements and told us it would take 2–3 weeks, and it arrived right on time in exactly 2 weeks. When he came back to deliver the cover, he went the extra mile and double-checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and that the tub was holding water properly. Ron was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
