We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Pools and Bob and his team! With a spring install we knew we would have spring weather working against us and this spring brought a lot of rain! That did not slow Bob and his crew, they were here as long as the weather was safe and even snuck in a few weekends to keep our project on track! The end project is beautiful and we could not be happier. We had an extensive excavating project with lots of uneven land and I love that this was truly a one stop shop! I highly recommend Mr. Pools! The continued customer support and weekly water testing while I learn my system has been invaluable! I am also so happy we decided on our auto cover and fiberglass pool design. It’s amazing!

2024 Update: It's been two years and we are still LOVING our pool and the amazing service from Bob and his team! I appreciate how responsive they are, and when they prioritize anything urgent - and Bob's willingness to answer my "newbie" questions along the way. We continue to use the team to open/close our pool and address any non-simple maintenance issues that we can't tackle on our own. Thank you Mr. Pools crew for continuing to treat us well! 2022 Review: We can’t say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Mr. Pools, they truly made my pool dreams come true! There’s a huge demand for inground pools nowadays, but it was worth the wait! From the early days of our first meeting until the completion of the project, they were an absolute pleasure and have a high level of expertise and experience. Communication is key during a large project (and unfortunately not the standard), Bob kept us well informed along the way and continues to check in after the project is done. Bob and his crew are Truly gifted at their craft, if you have the opportunity to watch during construction the well oiled machine that they are will fascinate you. My custom pool and patio turned out exactly how I envisioned it! They work hard with an extreme attention to detail. I’ve had multiple neighbors since compliment how polite, friendly and tidy the whole team was. As excited as I was for the pool to be complete, part of me was sad I wouldn’t see them in my backyard everyday. Huge THANK YOU Mr. Pools, Nailed It!!! What can I say about Mr Pools company and the entire team that hasn’t been already said in the other reviews? Well, I’ll start by saying that it is because of the ?????????? reviews that I read after seeing 2 work trucks one day driving to and from work. I went home & read through each & every review on google before I made the decision to reach out to Mr. Pools. My pool had & still has a lot of TLC in its future, however, Bob came to my house, assessed the pool, educated us on the needs for our pool and provided us with a quote that we were able to work with. He’s fair & honest & I can’t say that enough . My husband says he wishes we would have found this company so much sooner in the swim season as we reached out to many that went unanswered and some that gave us a complete run around waiting a lot of months by the phone. My pool looks incredible. Bob resurfaced our current steps that will need replacing in the future that his company will indeed do for us when the time is right. Bob & his crew made them look new again. Our new liner is beautiful & fit like a glove. The entire team of workers that came to my home for days at a time treated us and my home with much care and respect from beginning to end. As a professional in the customer service insurance industry of more than 25 yrs, providing superb customer service and satisfaction to my clients is something I take tremendous pride in, especially since I’m dealing with their hard earned money, therefore, I expect nothing less in return. My husband is a foreman in the trades for more than 28 years as well, hard working individuals that perfect their craft, take pride in their work & go hard is the expectation & nothing less. That is EXACTLY what you get with Mr. Bob, his 2 amazing sons & the rest of the Mr Pools crew. From out on the jobsite to the beautiful store in Valley City. It’s literally like gaining a whole new respectable family. Bob, I can’t thank you & your crew enough. We had a great experience with Mr Pools, Bob and his team were great. Bob was very patient when we first meet during the winter and spent a few hours at our house going over all the details. Being a first time pool owner we had a ton of questions and Bob was very helpful and we never felt rushed. We continued to work together until we had all the details worked out and had exactly what we wanted. Up to construction, during and after Bob has been available almost 24 hours a day/7 days a week if we had a question. His son at the store is very helpful with teaching about how to test and treat the water to maintain the pool. Everyone on the team was very friendly and helpful. These guys really stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. If there was ever an issue or question we had they would respond immediately or be at the house to check it out very quickly. Our backyard is now like a vacation spot, we love it and so does everyone who comes over. Highly recommend Mr Pools if you want a top quality pool and a company who stands behind their work. You'll find some little upgrades that these guys include that really make the pool stand out compared to the competition.
