We had purchased our 8' salt water spa in 2024 with a one year valet monthly service to understand how to properly maintain this spa which was very helpful would advise to get.Now I maintain this myself & if any further questions I contact there service department via text & they text me back or call depending on the type of info they need to tell me.When I need any chemicals or to purchase any cartridges (IQ or Salt) they have them at the Avon location close to my home.The sales crew there is very helpful in service also.They are there seven days a week if you might need anything.Also, if you need your water checked just bring it in a small bottle & they will let you know the the report is to add chemicals or not to keep water at the recommended levels.We are enjoying our spa every year since we had purchased it.ThanksJeff
I ordered a hot tub cover in Frebruary was suppose to take 6-8 weeks and I paid upfront since it was a custom order. In May I called and was advised the purchasing department failed to process the order so they put it on order a second time and did deliver a great product. Im not bashing I get things happen just relating my experience. The staff on-site in the Avon store were very helpful and apologetic.
From start to finish very happy. My sales rep Armias was very knowledgable and professional. Delivery was great then some guys came out to hook up some things and show me how to use my Hot Tub. They were absolutely wonderful. I had a little issue and the Techniciancame out in a timely manner and took care of the problem right away. Responded to every phone call and every text right away. I’m extremely happy with my Hot Tub. I would highly recommend

It was a bit expensive to have the service tech come and diagnose the problem with our 11 year old hot tub (which has needed remarkably little service), and for him to propose and explain the solution.But you get what you pay for: the competence and knowledge he showed was impressive. It will be even more expensive to do what is unavoidable - taking it back to the shop for a repair which can't be done "in the field." But that will be a lot less costly than a new one.
