I’m a bit of a skeptic, but the feeling of ease was genuine, and I had zero doubts I was being taken care of throughout the whole project by Premier Pools entire team. If you're looking for a pool installer that knows their products, shows up on time, uses the top of the line products, and communicates effectively and timely look no further. My family decided to have a fiberglass in ground pool installed this year. We had a few hoops to jump through with our financing and Scott Laing was more than patient! Not only was the installation flawless, he took extra time to train us on how to use the equipment. All of his contractors showed up when they were supposed to, they all were professional, and we are on the last steps of installation and I just cannot believe how beautiful my new pool is. Our pool journey began shortly after purchasing our new home. After extensive research, we decided we wanted to work with Premier pools and spa. This is the best decision we could have made! Scott and Stephanie were patient with all of our questions and very responsive throughout the entire process. From day one, the quality of workmanship provided by this company far exceeds our expectations. Our pool has been a beautiful addition to our home. The confidence that we had superior professionals handing the project allowed for a worry free journey to completion. I honestly cannot think of a negative thing to say about this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. From dig, to pool install, and concrete was a total of 8 days! We started end of July and had what felt like an entire summer to swim still! We decided on the Gala 14 and are absolutely loving every moment we’ve been able to spend in there this season! We had the Chateau model rectangle pool installed in April 2023 by Premier Pools and Spas and we could not be happier with the entire process. From contract signing through install, all steps were smooth, quick and efficient. Scott with Premier Pools and Spas was extremely professional as were the rest of the install team. We interviewed many pool contractors over the last 3 years. Premier was the most clear in pricing options, reasonably priced and able to install the pool within just a few a weeks time. The install team arrived on time and completed the work very efficiently. We found the electronic billing process to be convenient as well.Scott answered our questions during the process quickly. We appreciated this level of communication with this large of a project. We would highly recommend working with Premier for anyone interested in installing a pool!
