I've been with Cox Pool service for 13 years. Maybe 14.Never a mystery charge. Never a problem they couldn't fix. pump going out before the Fourth of July, you name it. Fair price every time and the pool is always swim-ready when we need it.My pool technician (Joseph) is great. He treats the property like it's his own, honestly, better than I do sometimes. Shows up, does it right, doesn't rush.Fresno and Clovis folks, you can't go wrong with them.

I had a great experience with Cox Pool Service and Repair. Joey came out to do a warranty replacement of my pool light, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Joey was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally.He also took the time to let me know that my other pool light already has water inside and will need to be replaced as well—and said he’ll be back to take care of it. On top of that, he reprogrammed my pool lights and features for free, which I truly appreciated.Excellent customer service, transparency, and workmanship. I will definitely recommend Cox Pool Services and Repair and will be using them again in the future.03/02/2026 Update: Joey came back as promised to complete the replacement of the third pool light, and once again the experience was excellent.
