If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We purchased a new 1.5 HP pump for our above ground Doughboy pool on 7/21/26. It has leaked 3 times in less than 10 days. The last time they were out they replaced a cracked coupling and only put 2 hose clamps on the piping so I added the other 2 that had been on there previously. The tech told me 2 were enough. The tech was here this morning and said his boss told him if we had made any modifications they would not do ANYTHING. This was after we had to replumb the rest of the system as it started leaking after they installed the pump. We did not complain about having to replumb the rest of it, nor did we ask them to pay for it. Now the boss, Josh, refuses to do anything to fix this issue. Not the kind of service you expect for a company that supposedly has a 4.7 star rating on google. I will NEVER recommend this company!
Went to get a price for a 16 ft round Dough Boy above ground pool. The employee behind the counter was new and could not help me at all. He took my phone number and told me someone would call. I got a text asking me what size pool I was interested in. I answered 16 ft and never heard back from anyone. Poor way to do business!
Recently installed a J13 swim spa, and wanted to say Josh and the team at Brazos Valley Pool and Spa have been great to work with. From the moment we walked into the store, during the entire process through final install and orientation, the communication has exceeded my expectations! His concern for our satisfaction was always evident. Top quality organization!
The folks at BVPS are great! Although their work is almost always done in 100 degree plus weather, they never complain. They are top notch folks and highly recommend them.
BVPS delivered this J-365 today. The whole process was thorough and seamless from initial visit to the showroom to purchase on Grand Opening Day to delivery and set-up once the electrical had been run. Robert in sales and Josh in operations were a pleasure to work with portending excellent follow-on service as needed. The hot tub has strong jets with many different adjustments available to customize and direct the hydrotherapy. We're looking forward to years of trouble-free use. Addendum: Follow on service to get the water chemistry right has been very responsive. BVPS has shown they are not afraid to stand behind their products. Thanks BVPS!
