I highly recommend Sunshine Fun Pools! Alex was our pool design representative and Jeremy our construction manager. Both were excellent! Alex captured our vision for the pool and Jeremy brought it to life. They worked hard, were responsive to questions, made changes along the way, and were easy to work with. I did a lot of research on pool companies and talked to many of my neighbors. To a person they all recommended Sunshine Fun Pools and so do I!
We heard Sunshine Pools were great but let me tell you THAT WAS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. We met with Dennis McMillan and expressed what we wanted and desired in our initial conversation. Before we left, we had computer generated images of how it would look & how long the process would take.We met the second time in his office and selected the tile colors, wall colors, decking material & taberdine color. We left the next week on a cruise and when we returned the pool was dug & framed. We were scheduled for gunite the following week but with impending weather this was moved up by three days.To make a long story short, our pool was completed within 65 days well ahead of the projected 75 to 80. We had two minor issues during the process and Dennis immediately paid us a visit to look at our concerns. They were resolved within a few days and we are thoroughly enjoying our paradise every day.We now have an entrance sidewalk, quite running equipment, a wonderful wrap around patio & an exquisite pool all thanks to Sunshine Pool. On a scale of 1 to 10 this Company is a 12!!! From customer service, to scheduling & completion no one could match the accomplishments of this Company…
Sunshine has built 2 of our pools!!!! We had a great experience in the design and buiild with them both times!!! With our current pool, they provide weekly cleaning services.
We had such a wonderful experience with Sunshine Fun Pools from start to finish!Alex gave outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. He was extremely patient with me, offered helpful suggestions (especially the concrete stepping places—everyone who visits our backyard loves them!), and even coordinated smoothly with our turf team. He was communicative every single day for months while our pool was being built.We also had a fantastic experience with Colleen, who always greets me with a smile when I stop by the office! She also helped guiding me through the selections for tile, concrete, and more- and people constantly ask me where I got my design choices, and they always rave about how beautiful everything turned out.Overall, we could not be happier with Sunshine Fun Pools. The quality of the work, the level of communication, and the friendliness of the entire staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone who sees our pool asks who built it—and we always highly recommend Sunshine!
I can't say enough good things about Sunshine Fun Pools! Our salesperson, Marcus, did an incredible job taking our vision and turning it into such a beautiful design and exactly what we were envisioning! Once they started on the pool, the project was complete in just over 5 weeks! Kyle, the project manager was amazing! He always texted with status updates and was on-site anytime a new phase/step was started ensuring that everything went smoothly. Mike labeled all of the equipment and did the pool start up. Jeremy came out for pool school explaining each piece of equipment, how it works and how to care for all of it. I can't leave out all of the different crews that made all of this possible. They were great, especially the crews who constructed the rock waterfall.Every person we dealt with at Sunshine Fun Pools was so nice and genuinely happy for us and understanding of our excitement. Overall, we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend! By the way, we did interview another pool company but their design just didn't compare.
