Recently purchased a new home with a pool. Previous owners had a weekly service with Memphis pool. Owner asked about transferring service to me and rather than be honest and tell them I wouldn’t get a spot cause there’s a list they told her I would have to call to initiate the service. When I called to do so I was told they had no slots. This is such a poor business model. If you knew there was a waitlist and the spot was gonna be given to someone else when she canceled you shouldn’t have made it appear like I was gonna be able to obtain your services. I will not use this company nor will I recommend their services to anyone.
We love Memphis pool!! They have been treating us well for years (especially our man John ??). He’s always helpful and remembers our whole family every time we walk in. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
