Mid-South Perfect Pools

Mark delivered an outstanding pool build that exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting, the process was efficient and seamless. He fully embraced our vision for a resort-style pool. Every morning, we wake up feeling as if we're on vacation. What truly distinguishes Mark is his commitment to making things right; we've seen this ourselves, and I am completely confident in his promise. If you are looking for a hassle-free, professional, and expertly constructed pool, Mark at Mid-South Perfect Pools is the ideal choice.

We hired Mark with MidSouth Perfect Pools after another pool builder walked off our job. Mark was very clear on what he could and could not to do to make things right, but he went above and beyond to earn our trust and turn a nightmare into a dream backyard! We love the quality we got for the price.

I highly recommend Mark and his pool company! From the beginning to the end they all were very helpful and professional and really got the job done ! My pool is exactly what I wanted and has given me and my family endless hours of enjoyment! I had it put in for my grandchildren. Mark helped me choose the right type for my backyard and also with what land prep I needed to do before the pool was installed .He was always present at the site ensuring it was done right! After the install Mark was very helpful in teaching me how to care for the pool . Whenever I had a question /concern he was always able to help me . I truly appreciate all he did for me and my family and I say a huge thank you!!

We love the way our pool turned out. We had a few issues in the beginning but Mark made sure that every detail was taken care of. He was also available at anytime I had a question or concern. I would definitely recommend Mid-South perfect pools.

Mid-South Perfect Pools has been an excellent choice for us from start to finish. They came highly recommended by a neighbor, and after interviewing several companies, we ultimately chose them because they truly listened to what we wanted in a pool. Not only did they hear our ideas, but they also took the time to explain what would work best and offered thoughtful recommendations that made the final design even better than we imagined. Mark made a wonderful first impression and immediately put us at ease. Throughout the entire process he was professional, communicative, and reliable. If he said he would be there, he showed up. If the weather caused delays, he always kept us updated. He provided a clear timeline of what would be done and when, and he stuck to it as closely as possible, weather permitting. Our pool turned out absolutely beautiful, and even a year later Mark is still just a text away whenever we have a question. That level of continued support speaks volumes. We are so glad we chose Mid-South Perfect Pools and would recommend them a thousand times over. Only had a full picture of pool at night so you can't see that the water from spa waterfalls into the pool, but its absolutely beautiful!
