I first talked to Chris who very professionally explained the replacement pump offering and he quoted me on the cost including installation. I agreed to go ahead and they were able to do the installation the same day. Sean did the installation, and he clearly has thorough experience in hot tub installation, maintenance, and repair. I highly recommend using AquaMedic, as they are very trustworthy and provide top shelf service!

Chris and his team member came out on a Sunday on very short notice and accommodated helping me. The amazing thing was he met me where my skill level DIY self was and expanded my knowledge and solved the things I needed while supporting me in my DIY adventures. He was incredibly knowledgeable and even shared a how to manage spa chemicals naturally pdf to help me in my experts to clean my water naturally. So highly recommend this company!!!

Chris was great!! He came out right away, quickly found the issue (which was in a very inconvenient spot), then came back with a team and had everything fixed in no time. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and informed. We were so impressed with his work that we are bringing him back out to do some other work :) Highly recommend!

Out technician Chris was very skilled, efficient and professional. And PROMPT! They got here to San Isabel in a couple hours! On a Saturday afternoon! He was able to fix our tub at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Highly recommend this company! Give them a call. You won't be sorry!
