COS hot tub is fantastic! We just replaced our 12 year old Caldera spa with a new version of our same spa. Tabatha was outstanding with quick customer service and an accurate quote. The delivery and installation experience was great! Had to use a crane to get installed and went super well! Dusty came out for a check up today and solved all of our tech issues and helped explain our new system. We love our new spa and the freshwater iq system is so much better than what we had previously. We recommend COS hot tub unconditionally!
We love the hot tub we purchased in 2024 and the customer service we’ve received since then has been excellent. They’ve been very responsive to warranty issues and resolve any issue we’ve had quickly. If you are in the market for a hot tub I’d highly recommend Colorado Springs Hot Tubs. What an amazing company with awesome employees! From the beginning of the process in the sales showroom they were helpful, kind, courteous, and informative. The delivery was exceptional as our location and space in the yard was difficult. They were awesome finding solutions and explained how to use it and care for it in an excellent manner.
