Anthony was great. I chose dr spa after others failed to respond but I am very pleased with the quick communication and efficient and timely service trip. They worked to resolve the issue and also offered to come back if needed as part of the call. I am very satisfied.
He was referred to me by a Friend and colleague who spoke extremely highly of Anthony. He went over diagnostics on the phone and solve this problem. I’ve been working on for two weeks in 20 minutes or less.I am grateful and extremely impressed at his knowledge and expertise.I highly recommend!
Was very quick to come out and service spa… however when it came to the replacement part they didn’t reach out to us to approve the part/cost. We agreed to just proceed but when they installed the part the buttons were not matched with what the control panel said and the tech told us he would put an order in for us and would come out and install is at no cost. We followed up for a month on a status and they avoided us. And when we finally heard back they would avoid confirming it would be a free service.Again they were initially quick to respond but there were a few things that were not right on how they handles things. We will not be using their service again.
Called to get my hot tub serviced. Anthony said he could come out the next day. Based on our conversation, he realized I was pretty handy so he offered to diagnose over the phone. He walked me through everything and we figured out the issue. Got it up and running within the hour. I 100% recommend him and his company. I will be calling him next time I have an issue and you should too!
Dr. Spa saved us big time with a timely pump replacement on our old Marquis hot tub that we use with our AirBNB. Anthony got the part ordered quickly via troubleshooting the issue over the phone and Greg’s expertise made the install happen smoothly and efficiently. We really appreciate them prioritizing the repair before the first winter storm which prevented a much bigger issue since the tub was without heat. Pricing was reasonable for the work done and the service was impeccable. We will be returning to Dr. Spa for all of our future spa needs.
