Brian, the owner, was personally involved every step of the way and always made himself available to answer questions and keep us informed throughout the project.

Communication was outstanding, which made the entire process stress-free. I genuinely can’t say enough about our experience with BMA Fiberglass Pools. Brian and his entire team were phenomenal from start to finish. The pool was completed on time (finished earlier than expected), and the level of professionalism and quality they brought to the job was top tier.

I’m OCD, so I notice everything and they still exceeded my expectations. Brian made sure we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. He walked us through everything we needed to know about maintaining the pool, made sure we actually understood it, and even continued answering questions after the job was done.

His crew was just as impressive everyone was hardworking and on point. We are absolutely in love with our pool and grateful we chose them!

They were both very easy to talk to, and made me comfortable and at ease during the whole process. I contracted BMA for a fiberglass swimming pool installation and associated work. Brian provided me with the most competitive quote, and I felt confident that he could manage all aspects of the project without outsourcing various parts to subcontractors.
Brian handled all the permitting and inspections. Because the backyard is adjacent to a conservation area, HOA and city/county officials raised concerns about drainage issues, but upon evaluating Brian's plans, a reputable engineering company said that "the procedures spelled out by the contractor are solid".
In subsequent weeks, Brian and his team executed all aspects of the project swiftly, effectively and professionally: excavation and installation of the pool/spa combo; all plumbing and electric work including the pool pump, heat pump, salt chlorinator and pool automation system; patio; retaining wall; fence; grading and sodding. Throughout the process, Brian was always responsive, quickly answering my questions, and he made sure I was always satisfied as a customer. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the end product and the quality of the work from Brian and his team. Highly recommend!
