We were looking for a very specific pool pump union and called to see if they had one before we drove 45 minutes to Columbia. They worked with us, had us text pictures, called us back, to let us know they had what we needed. When we arrived to purchase it they were very helpful and explained how the new one was different but would still work. They were kind and extremely helpful, especially considering we were only purchasing a $25 item. We will definitely be back for future needs.
Columbia pool & Spa has been able to meet our needs this summer in regards to equipment for our above ground pool. Their repair crews and technicians and salespeople in store have all given us top class service. They are friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Special shout out to Matthew, he came right out to bring us a part and stayed to help install the part and more. He went above and beyond without expectation of the additional service. Job well done young man and all of the staff at Columbia pool & Spa.
I have got to give the biggest shout out to Columbia Pool and Spa in Columbia, MO. They have the absolute best staff by far of any pool place ever!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable about ALL products and give advice as if it was their own. I got talked into switching to Baquacil products and I will tell you I have already saved so much money on products and cleaning I'm beyond thrilled. My pool is staying crystal clear even with all the rain we are having this season. What an amazing experience dealing with them I never stress out about going to see them because they are not pushing me to buy anything I don't need just to make a sale!!! They care and are absolutely my go to for all my pool questions. Thank you all so much.

Steve, the service manager, was especially responsive with communication and quick to address an issue we had with damaged equipment. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing we could count on such prompt and reliable service.The team that opened our pool was equally impressive, friendly, professional, and very patient with all of our questions. John in particular went out of his way to explain how everything works and made sure we felt comfortable moving forward on our own.While we plan to handle weekly maintenance ourselves, it’s reassuring to know Columbia Pool and Spa is right here when we need help, whether it’s for questions, more involved maintenance, or supplies. We’re very grateful to have such a dependable local resource!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Columbia Pool and Spa and everyone who works there. Chris and his team have been great to work with. Any issues we have is always handled promptly.
