We had to replace our liner, and experiences with the previous management soured us with the company. My wife called them, and found out they are under new management and ownership, so we went in and visited with Daniel. We could tell from the initial meeting, that he was sincere about doing the right thing, the right way, so we took a chance and let them do the work. Daniel came, and had Nicole and Taylor install the liner, and they did an amazing job of the install! I definitely will call them with any pool need I have from this point forward! You will not be disappointed with anything they do for you!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Nicole with Vaughan Pools! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our pool was repaired and operating properly. We had been dealing with a frustrating leak, and Nicole worked tirelessly to locate the source of the problem and make the necessary repairs so we wouldn't have to continue dealing with the same issue.After weeks of hard work, dedication, and persistence, she successfully got our pool back up and running—and it honestly looks better than it ever has before! Nicole and her team give AMAZING service. I had a leak after opening and despite being busy with a lot of other pool openings she personally came over (within 12 hours notice!) and fixed the leak. Couldn’t be happier and don’t hesitate to use them! MUCH better customer service than my prior experience with Columbia Pool and Spa AND rates are much better!
We bought an above ground Dough Boy pool from The Jefferson City store 3 years ago and are very happy with it. Daniel our salesman did a great job so when we decided to buy a spa we wanted to do business with him. He had moved to the Columbia store so we went there . Our spa was installed 1 week after the purchase and we were using it by that evening. Since the 28th of April I have been in it morning and night most days. My husband wasn’t sure he would like one but he has started plunging in the pool and then using the spa. In this short time he has started sleeping better and I have noticed several heath improvements . Daniel is always honest , accommodating and enthusiastic about providing great service and getting you in the right fit for your circumstances and budget. Thank you Vaughn Pool staff and especially Daniel for another great experience. We have had many great days in our pool with family and look forward to many more years of fun in it and our Spa.
