From the first phone call to the final cutout for our pool steps, Matt and Andrew were very helpful. I'm happy there were zero issues with the removal of our old liner through the installation of our new one. They completed the job on time so I could get back in the pool after only 3 days. These people who operate the business are so nice and yet very professional!!! They were willing to see us to talk about the options even when it wasn’t open hours at the shop. They’re very responsive and helpful to any questions we have had concerning our hot tub. My husband and avid runners and the hot tub has been our new best friend. We are in it multiple days a week! I was a bit intimidated at keeping the chemical levels right at first but now I don’t even have to think about it! If you think you may want a hot tub, definitely go with these guys. They’re the best!!
