I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Brandon walked me through the whole pool installation process, communicated plainly what each item would cost, and why. The job was scheduled 2+ months in advance. Brandon and his team of contractors showed up on Day 1 and each day on time; and the job was completed within the allotted time frame. Each day during construction Brandon and his crew were available for any questions I had regarding any step in the process. I now have a pool and spa in my back yard. Excellent results!

Brannon and Jacob have an amazingly strong work ethic, high standards, and attention to details to achieve your backyard dreams. They took the time to really listen to what we wanted, looked at the space that we wanted it in, and communicated what would and wouldn’t work. We had quotes from 4 different companies and although Mint was a bit higher than the rest we went with them because they listen to us, didn’t tell us what we had to do, and communicated so well that we felt like we were working with friends. As well as the quality of work is worth the higher price. We live in a newer community and a lot of our neighbors have just recently installed pools as well with the other companies and they just don’t have the finesse that I believe ours does. Any questions or concerns that we had were quickly addressed and resolved by Brannon and Jacob. Thank you to both Brannon and Jacob for giving our home an amazing backyard that we are going to enjoy for a very long time.
We did our research (a few weeks’ worth) and decided that a fiberglass Barrier Reef pool was what we wanted. The next day we went to the Peach Festival in Gilbert and we usually walk down a look at all the vendors before the parade (and have peach ice cream for breakfast) and one of the first booths we come upon had a Barrier Reef sign and brochures. We met and talked with Brannon (Mint Pools & Landscapes), exchanged phone numbers, and set up a consult.The next week, Brannon and his team came by, and we discussed our options/estimates. We really started to see that our dream backyard oasis was going to be a reality. Brannon even took us over to a current pool project that they were installing to see their work; including: pool installation, concrete work, pool equipment set up and options, water feature, and all the landscape work that was underway. We were super impressed with Brannon and his crew. He was very knowledgeable about pools, the entire build process, he was friendly, personable and always responsive and answering our 10,000 questions. You could tell the professionalism and pride in their work! Seeing that firsthand was the deciding factor to go with Mint Pools & Landscapes for our dream backyard.We decided on the Bondi 35’ Barrier Reef pool with the following additions/upgrades: Remote app control (control all equipment/features/lighting anywhere is very convenient), gas heater, retaining wall, and water feature with lights. We also had our deck rebuilt in composite material, pool equipment enclosure/storage with same material), had a tree removed, installed two palm trees, land scape lighting, deck lighting, and river rock.Broke ground about 2 months after the initial visit and the pool was in and full of water 4 days later! This was even after encountering solid granite on the deep end. Heavy equipment was there first thing the next morning to keep everything on schedule. The build process was great, communication on where we were and the next steps was very good, and the finished product turned out beautiful.We are excited about our first pool season, and we are confident that if and when we have any questions, Brannon will be there to help us out. Our pool and backyard looks amazing! Fantastic job and thank you for a job well done!A pool is a huge investment.
