Atlantic Pools & Spas

I have been working with Atlantic Pools and Spas on a regular, ongoing basis across multiple pool projects, and their service continues to impress me every time. Their attentiveness is unmatched — no matter how routine or complex the task, they approach each job with focus, professionalism, and a genuine desire to get things right. What truly sets them apart is their resourcefulness. My projects often come with unexpected challenges, and the team at Atlantic always finds smart, innovative solutions to keep things on track. Their ability to think creatively and act decisively has been a major asset, especially when dealing with technical or site-specific issues. Most importantly, they bring a strong sense of care to everything they do. It’s clear they take great pride not only in the quality of their work, but also in building trust with their clients. They treat every job as if it were their own property, which gives us peace of mind and confidence in the results. If you are looking for a team that consistently delivers top-tier craftsmanship, forward-thinking solutions, and exceptional customer care, Atlantic Pools and Spas is the gold standard.

Atlantic Pools and Spas in Columbia, TN exceeded all my expectations when it came to building my inground swimming pool. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the project stood out every step of the way. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and guiding me through design options that truly brought my vision to life. The construction process was smooth, on schedule, and the crew was respectful, tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. If you’re considering a pool, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend Atlantic Pools and Spas!

We bought a used hot tub from someone, and started going there for supplies. Kristy has been so wonderful helping me with my hot tub set up and maintenance. I don't know what I'd do without her. She is so informative! She has taught me so much about chemicals, etc. She tested my water and gave me clear instructions in a print out. She chose the chemicals that I needed, and walked me through the process. I'll never go anywhere else! Very grateful!

Brent, Jody, Angie, and everyone on the crew... all ROCKSTARS!! Repaired the damage to the site left by the previous pool contractor after over a year of hell and fraudulence, a project that was contracted to be completed by May 2024. Brent brought in a crane, repositioned the pool and spa shells, replaced the plumbing, installed the pumps, heaters, filtration, and had everything operational within 60 days, all during some of the coldest weather in November and December. We still have some landscaping and patio railings to install. When we do our project will be complete. Brent and the staff do what they promise, when they promise it!! They are totally transparent and communication has been beyond excellent!! If you're considering a pool project I highly recommend you contact Brent with Atlantic Pools!! Also want to mention more ROCKSTARS! Josh with Dusty and Sons, and the crew, went above and beyond framing the site and pouring the concrete deck. Stacy and everyone with Apex Coating did an amazing job as well finishing and coating the concrete decking and our screened in porch with beautiful finishes!! It's been a pleasure contracting with professionals that say what they mean and do what they say and DON'T owe us $80,000.00 like the first contractor from Crossville still does. Another story, another day!! Going to let our attorneys and probably the TBI deal with them. We'll move on and our family will enjoy our new pool this summer!! THANK YOU Brent!!
