We bought a used hot tub from someone, and started going there for supplies. Kristy has been so wonderful helping me with my hot tub set up and maintenance. I don't know what I'd do without her. She is so informative! She has taught me so much about chemicals, etc. She tested my water and gave me clear instructions in a print out. She chose the chemicals that I needed, and walked me through the process. I'll never go anywhere else! Very grateful!
Brent, Jody, Angie, and everyone on the crew... all ROCKSTARS!! Repaired the damage to the site left by the previous pool contractor after over a year of hell and fraudulence, a project that was contracted to be completed by May 2024. Brent brought in a crane, repositioned the pool and spa shells, replaced the plumbing, installed the pumps, heaters, filtration, and had everything operational within 60 days, all during some of the coldest weather in November and December. We still have some landscaping and patio railings to install. When we do our project will be complete. Brent and the staff do what they promise, when they promise it!! They are totally transparent and communication has been beyond excellent!! If you're considering a pool project I highly recommend you contact Brent with Atlantic Pools!! Also want to mention more ROCKSTARS! Josh with Dusty and Sons, and the crew, went above and beyond framing the site and pouring the concrete deck. Stacy and everyone with Apex Coating did an amazing job as well finishing and coating the concrete decking and our screened in porch with beautiful finishes!! It's been a pleasure contracting with professionals that say what they mean and do what they say and DON'T owe us $80,000.00 like the first contractor from Crossville still does. Another story, another day!! Going to let our attorneys and probably the TBI deal with them. We'll move on and our family will enjoy our new pool this summer!! THANK YOU Brent!!
