I was a potential new customer. They put me in a waiting list and didn’t reach back to me until 3 months later and then once we spoke on the phone I told them I would call back the next day, and they gave up my spot on the waiting list and said I would have to wait again for potentially another 1-6 months. That would be the end of the summer. furthermore they don’t have any information in the system unless you have a contract with them. Everytime you call because they don’t call you back they ask for the same thing your phone number your email your address like it’s a brand new call. This is no way to do conduct business. I understand you are busy as a company but your top priority should be customer service and this was not the impression it gave me.
It took me a year to find a pool company who would actually clean, test and treat my pool consistently. I have used this company for 9 months now and I have had nothing but great service from their staff. Thanks to Chris and Terra for their professional weekly service.
I've had my new Jacuzzi J-315 for about 45 days now. I've been very happy with it for its relaxation/recovery ability after mountain bike rides. Going through Aquarius Pools Construction was a great experience. They were very professional and helpful in meeting my needs. Everything went perfect (ordering/purchasing, delivery, and initial setup). Every step of the process exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended for your hot tub experience.
